Enjoy a day with Colette who works at Alice’s Bear Shop in Lyme making their very popular traditional rag doll. You should leave at the end of the day with a finished doll. Maybe only the hair to add but you will have all the info needed to finish your doll at home. Colette has put together a hints and tips and face painting tutorial sheet.
The Alice Bear Shop has very kindly said that we can buy the Kits for £14 (retail £20)
This includes everything you need for one doll
Eg
Body fabric, hair, stuffing, English glass eyes, A5 pattern & instruction booklet.
Colette will have a selection of clothes patterns for £9 (retail £10 ) also extra eyes to buy if you would like to make another one.
The cost of the Kit is included in the workshop cost any extras are on top of the cost and payable to Colette, so will have to be cash.
On booking online please add what colour eyes and hair you would like in notes. If ringing the shop please order with whomever you speak to.
All the dolls will be made using natural calico.
